Job Description:
Southeast Iowa Behavioral Healthcare Center is looking for self-motivated, high energy LPN or RN to fill our open position. The staff nurse assists in the supervision and administration of quality nursing care for the facility. The staff nurse must possess a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing, theory and medical sciences, and their application for a better understanding of resident-care problems. A good memory and excellent communication skills are required. This staff nurse will assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment which will be conducive to the best interest and welfare of the residents. Behavioral health background preferred but not required.
Open Shifts:

1- Full time 36 hr/week A shift (6:00a-6:30p)
-
1-Full time 36 hr/week A shift weekend package every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with premium pay. (6:00a-6:30p)
* With all shifts there will be an on-call rotation. Weekend packages will not take on- call rotations

C.N.A Job Summary:
Southeast Iowa Behavioral Healthcare Center is looking for self-motivated, high energy C.N.A’s to fill our open positions. We are interested in candidates that enjoy providing personal care and assistance to residents in our facility. Our C.N.A’s must be dependable and have good communication skills. Behavioral health background preferred but not required.
Qualifications:

* * Minimum of 1 year C.N.A. experience required in a long term care setting.

*** There is a 90 day PRN probation period for all potential full time positions.

2- Full time 36 hour/week A shift (6:00a- 6:30p) along with every other weekend

1- Full time 40 hour/week 2nd (2:00p-10:30p) along with every other weekend.

3-Full time 36hr/week B shift (6:00p-6:30a) along with every other weekend.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide individual and group activities according to the individualized resident treatment plan

Provide some transportation to/from activities or appointments.

Complete accurate documentation.

Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a valid driver’s license and obtain a Chauffer’s License within 30 days of hire.
